Vitamin C powder contains magnesium ascorbate which is a low-acid form of vitamin C, produced by Biocar’s unique solvent free €˜freeze-dried€™ method, it is free from additives and excipients. This ‘ascorbate’ form of vitamin C is more gentle on the stomach.

Recommended intake

Two scoops – (approximately 2 grams of vitamin C ) with food or liquid. Vitamin C is a water soluble  vitamin and this form dissolves easily in water so a good idea is to add this to a litre of water and sip it throughout the day to help maintain you levels throughout the day.

Contraindications and cautions
