Aller-C features quercetin, which helps to support healthy histamine levels, and has demonstrated potent antioxidant activity, with the ability to potentiate the actions of vitamin C.

Capsules can be  broken and contents sprinkled on food.

Recommended Intake

2-3 caps two to four times daily between meals or as professionally directed.
