Lactose Intolerance leads to an inability to break down the sugar in dairy products called Lactose.

One in ten white europeans and 80% of non white races suffer from a degree of lactose intolerance. For the latter  group this is due to a genetic lack of lactase enzyme secretion.

Recommended Intake

Add between 4 & 8 drops of Biocare’s Lactase Enzyme to 1 pint (568 ml) of milk and refrigerate for 24 hours.
