Health tests

Step 1: Selection

A free 10 min, face-to-face or telephone consultation with a nutritional therapist enables us to match your health concern with our most appropriate package. We will then send the relevant test kit to you.

Step 2: Assessment

Blood tests require you to attend a short appointment at one of our clinics (Brighton, Hove or London) or at your own local surgery.

All stool, urine and saliva test kits can be completed at home. Full instructions are included. Samples must be returned to our testing laboratory by Royal Mail with guaranteed next day delivery.

Step 3: Results and action

We explain your test results and discuss the impact of these results on your current and future health. We create a report for you detailing a personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement action plan.

Time: one hour

Step 4: Follow-up

Available if necessary, follow-up consultations for ongoing support, motivation and to monitor progress.

Step 5: Re-test

Retests can be arranged at suitable time intervals to assess your progress and minimise risk.
