Nutrition Consultations – Telephone
I offer nutrition telephone consultations for those of you who live to far away to be able to see me or are too ill to make the journey.

Your nutrition telephone consultation
As with the face to face nutrition consultations you will need to fill in a nutrition questionnaire and send this back to me prior to our appointment. The nutrition questionnaire is quite detailed but will help to provide me with a lot of information about your current state of health which will enable me to help you so you need to fill this in with as much detail as possible.
On the day of your nutrition telephone consultation
You need to call me on my office number 01273 775480 at our confirmed appointment time.
During the nutrition consultation I will spend some time gathering information from you and then some time explaining to you what I feel is happening and then we will work together to make a plan. More information about the nutrition consultation
I will then write up your report and send you comprehensive notes about all that we have discussed with clear guidelines and set goals plus meal and menu ideas.
Ongoing email support is also included.
